Re: Replacement of a Residential Split Heating & Cooling system
Frank, I want to acknowledge a job well done. I was very fortunate to be pointed to Taconic for the replacement of my heating and cooling system needs.
The entire process from start to finish was handled very professionally with great response and turn around on every task.
This started from the initial contact; arranging for the home appointment; getting the proposal; assistance in the selection of equipment; executing the contract; field measurements for fabrication of the duct work; and the final installation.
The other measurable factor, which is very important to me is follow up and response; completely satisfied.
Because I felt so confident with our agreement, and your understanding of the project, I did not feel the need to be home for the installation. This saved me from using vacation time that I would rather take for pleasure riding.
The installers did an excellent job, were clean and I had no reservations not being around.
I will continue using Taconic thru a " Service / Maintenance" agreement going forward.
Please feel free to use this letter of recommendation for any future customers that are looking for re assurance on there selection on choosing Taconic.
P.S. I will be more than happy to recommend Taconic to any of my neighbors requiring of there heating and cooling systems.
